How come Jericho is 9x Intercontinental Champion but Chyna isn't a 3x?

Well just as arguably as Chyna being 3x IC Champion, Jericho should be a 10x IC Champion however because the WWE doesn't recognize the double pinfall which resulted in co-champions in

the IC title match on the December 30, 1999 edition of Smackdown as an official reign thus the title was considered vacant

On December 28, 1999 (aired December 30, 1999) on SmackDown!, a title match between Chyna and Jericho ended in a double pinfall; as a result they were recognized as co-champions. WWE doesn't recognize this period as an official reign as the title is considered vacant.

Because Chyna's "reign" as IC champ was a joke. It completely destroyed all the prestige that the IC title once had. It is now really just starting to come back into prestige again. Chyna's "reign" is an embarrassment to the company. And something they just want to forget about.

Thank goodness most people in yahoo answers have a brain. i was in bleacher report and people were freaking arguing about putting the title on beth pheonix. that would devalue the prestige of the world title by alot. to answer your question, when jericho and chyna ruled the title together they were both considered vacant, thus not included for there title count, but jericho held it before they were co-champs so that is where the number came from.

I never really liked chyna on the WWE ring. She didn't have the female type beauty on her. She is more like man. However, I did enjoyed one night in chyna. She looked great there.
