Instagram will not let me sign in....?

i just bought my ipod today and i thought something was wrong with it because the same thing keeps happening to me! guess it's just a general thing, let's hope they fix it soon...

It is doing the same thing to me also. I was researching and I found that there has been huge storms in virgina causing outages and pintrest, instagram, amazon, and other thin like that are down. As of 9:44 amazon was back up and work but instagram is still down. I'm guessing that instagram will be up very soon because at 12:31 am it was at 50% recovery. Hope this helped (:

The same thing was happening to me so I did a little research.... Apparently there was a huge storm up north in the hq of instagram! Netflix was down as well! It sucks right :( but Netflix is back up so instagram will probably be fixed quickly! Hope it works soon!

Instagram is down for everyone , due to a storm in Virginia so there are technical difficulties ,

Instagram has semi started working again! I was able to log in but it's still having trouble refreshing the feed so it's definitely not 100%

Is this still going on with everyone??? My instagram went let me log in since 5 pm in California.

About an hour ago instagram tweeted that it was having technical difficulties and they were trying to fix it...everyone's having problems....nothing we can do but wait. Sites like pinterest and Netflix are also down as long with many large networks like instagram. Rumor has it that a company called amazon cloud (which controls parts of these sites) is having problems therefore that is why these sites are having problems.

Please be as patient as possible, these companies are doing everything they can to fix it.

Myself and many others are going thought the same thing, sit tight!

yea same here, i guess we can't do anything but wait. hopefully the servers are back up soon. i just signed up for instagram yesterday and fell in love with its simplicity, in almost any way it's better than facebook. i wish you all the best, keep your fingers crossed, and have a great instaday! :3

I checked Instagram's Twitter, since somebody who answered here said that they're resolving technical difficulties, and it's true.

Hope it's gonna resolve soon.

instgram had me stay up all night yesterday tryin to log back in & i looked on google to see what happened until I found this. it was a relief to read all of you guy's answers, knowing that I'm not the only one having this problem. :/ I was so disappointed that I had the nerve to email Instagram & they didn't reply. -__- I am still very upset that I cannot log into my account. hopefully , all of my pictures & followers are still there. follow me. @mariasomsyy
