Romney can do almost nothing without an conservative house and senate.

The Federal Reserve is now the largest single holder of US Treasuries (Bonds).

They have created worthless paper/money to buy US Bonds in the Trillions $$$.

When these bonds mature, it becomes 'same as money' which will dilute the money supply - creating inflation. Which at this point will be approximately 20% of total money supply.

The Federal Reserve is using Operation Twist to replace short term bonds with longer term bonds (10 years) - which will in effect put off maturity or in other words 'kick the can down the road".

NO ONE DARES touch Entitlement programs which will eventually bankrupt this nation like is happening in Europe now

So we will never 'get out of the hole' until economic collapse and elimination of entitlements. It's going to get real messy in a few months/years.

    ________________________________________________________________

Sadly - If Romney did start turning the economy around - the MSM and liberals would SCREAM LOUDLY to keep their 'Entitlements'.

If the economy does tank from the Obama Care and the Expired Bush Tax Cuts together (which is likely) - The Media and leftists will blame Romney - not the Dems. that overspent buying votes with Entitlements and our tax dollars.

    And

If OBLAMER is reelected and the economy tanks - He will Still Blame Bush. We Lose either way.

THERE IS NO REASON TO THINK THAT ROMNEY CAN IMPROVE ANYTHING

There is no reason to believe that Romney will do anything to improve

    this economy.

Go ahead and give us a good reason to think so.

Well, go ahead; you've been called out.

When Romney governed MA, that state was the 47th out of 50 in the US

for job creation. And he imposed numerous new fees upon MA residents

that he refused to label as taxes.

Romney actually raised MA’s debt by $2.6B as governor.

So what do we have in Romney?

A man with a terrible job creation record.

A man who increase expenses for the residents of his state.

A man who raises the debt of his state (before the recession set in).

A man who lowered taxes for the richest residents of the state.

    (Yeah, sounds very promising.)

Mr. Romney believes that "God" is an alien being who lives on Planet Kolob near the center of our Milk Way galaxy....

The VAST majority of Americans (conservative AND liberal) are far too intelligent to allow such a silly man to become President!

I have NO IDEA what the Republicans are up to, claiming he will actually be their nominee....but we will see!

If Romney is elected I am sure that he will make a lot of changes. It will take some time before any of them take effect. It always does.

I would say that it would take maybe a year before you begin to see any of his policies taken effect.

Depends. If he's a Reagan-like guy, then it might not take that long, like it didn't after Carter. If he isn't, it may take longer.
