Why is it the only thing we keep hearing from the GOP is" We will repeal the Affordable Care Act?
The American people are actually laughing at the GOP for this so called cry of theirs to repeal the Affordable Care act to be quite boring now. They say repeal and replce but have yet to say replace the Affordable Care Act with WHAT?

Because they're trying to get the level of hatred back up in the country to where it was when the Act was passed and the GOP fooled the American people and told them that the Act was unconstitutional.
But many people realize now that President Obama has had his day in court and the Act was ruled constitutional.
Also, more and more people are learning about the benefits in the Act and realize that the Act is not as bad ad the GOP's been saying.
And they also realize that crying "repeal and replace" means nothing when the GOP has never said specifically what they will replace the Act with.
Wake up, America.
This will be the 31st time that they will try to "repeal and replace" something that so many will benefit from and are benefiting from.

Republicans are saying they will repeal the largely unpopular ObamaCare because it's what they will do if they keep the House, gain the Senate and the Whitehouse in November. Their battle cry is their best chance of making repeal reality. It's the principle reason I'll not vote for Obama this year as I did in 08. In 08 I voted for Hope and Change. Obama has left this libertarian hoping for change.
Here one more of his lies is revealed again as he mis represents his signature legislation
The provision of the Affordable Care Act that allows people to stay on their parents’ insurance plan until age 26 has helped 6.6 million young adults obtain coverage.
Both FactCheck.org and The Post's Fact Checker have concluded that the White House is fudging the numbers on this one. The Obama team is using findings from a survey by the nonprofit Commonwealth Fund, which estimated that 6.6 million young people were able to join their parents’ health plan as a result of the Affordable Care Act. However, not all those young adults were uninsured prior.
More accurately, the Health and Human Services Department put the figure at 3.3 million young adults who would not have health insurance without the provision.Â

Yeah, sure, and in '68 Nixon campaigned on his "secret plan" to end the Nam war; and Pres Cheney said he'd save us from Saddams WMD;
And Cheney said tax cuts for rich would boost the econ; then came his Near-Depression of Dec 2007- June 2009.
Hmm, seem like a pattern?

Boehner tried to repeal it in 2010 and the Senate stopped him. In November they probably won't even have the House in their control.
The GOP's only accomplishment in the last several years is obstruction, they have nothing else.

Sales pitch. Enough to fool certain sectors of the US population. Republicans want the Congress this November. Obviously, they know they can't have the White House.

They have no positve platform, so they say 'repeal repeal repeal." They pander to the illcontent.
And this site is usually a magnet to the illcontent.

Because they prefer unaffordable care, unless of course you have Limbaugh's millions or Koch brother billions

Daisy is correct. Read the bill! It is NOT what you think. Learn to read "between the lines" and it will be perfectly clear. I hope somebody gets rid of it. Some people actually think they will get FREE healthcare. They'll get a rude awakening if this thing kicks in full swing. Ask some medical pros about it.

anything would be an improvement. you obviously have not read the bill.
you may think twice when the government will be approving any health care you may or not receive based on the illness, if the government approved the necessary tests of course. and if you have a serious illness, again your government will be reviewing the treatment you may receive, based on your age, cost of course will be first item on the agenda, and the impact of the treatment if any. good luck with that.
