Does anyone out there eat their pinto beans like this?

Cooked with ham hocks, served with corn bread onions and mayonnaise. Yummy

    Oh my god that is good! My sister has a great recipe from her mother-in-law and ohh man its good. I'm in southern California

    I grew up eating beans cooked this way but I've never had corn bread onion and mayo. I will definitely have to try that combo.

    That sounds delicious. :D

    Try pinto AND white beans with some herbs, mash them with a little olive oil, and spread as much as you like on top of baguette slices with crumbled chorizo sausage. YUM.
