My son and his family rent a house from us and his wife broke the porcelain top of the toilet. My husband purchased and installed a new Kohler toilet and we're not sure if we should have them pay us back.

I would not consider this to be part of normal wear and tear.

Note: His wife lifted off the top lid to place some kind of deodorizer/cleaner in the tank and when she replaced the lid she hit the top tank and broke a 3' chunk of porcelain off.

Where may I go to get permission for my musical drama students to sing "Just one Person" by Hal Hackady and Larry Grossman at one venue. I would entertain buying the rights full out, if that is even possible. Thank you.

I took a Vitamin D supplement and became agitated/nervous within 2 hours. I didn't sleep well, and woke up next morning still agitated.

Now I'm wondering if I should continue taking Vit. D, and give my body 1-2 weeks to get use to it, or discontinue immediately.

I am trying to find out if anyone has a solution to my problem.

I have an HP officejet pro L7555 that I bought in Feb 09. Recently the black ink stops printing. I keep cleaning the print heads and it is fine for awhile but if I don't use for for about 12 hours it stops printing again. Of course each cleaning uses ink and I have already gone through 2 ink cartridges.

The diagnostics says the print heads are good. the printer has only printed about 800 pages total.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

How long will it be before I will be able to walk without crutches again?

I have sprained and/or torn ligaments and tendons in this one ankle 3 times over 30 years. The last injury to this ankle was 8 years ago.

Three weeks ago, while getting up from my computer my ankle suddenly swelled up and then the pain set in. I immediately elevated it, used ice and wrapped it. Then a couple days ago I thought I was out of the woods and took the wrap off. The very next day, while getting into my car, the ankle suddenly swelled up again and the pain was incredible.

My husband took me to Urgent Care, they took x-rays and the doctor diagnosed me with oasteoarthritis and told me there is nothing they can do about it.

He did not put me in any kind of cast or wrap and I had to ask him for a prescription to purchase crutches.

It has been 5 days now, I have been icing it - elevating it - and using my crutches.

Is there really nothing that can be done for my ankle?

Our doctor wants us both to take amoxycillin, even though I don't have any symptoms.

He says it's because I have a compromised immune system and feels it best take the RX to prevent me from getting Strep.

Someone just told me that I can't be on antibiotics because it will put me in a flair.

Before I call my doctor, I was wondering if anybody else has heard the same?

I have a friend who's son is autistic with amazing musical and vocal skills. They are thinking about making a professional quality compilation cd of Beatles and various artist's songs to sell at open mic nights and showcases where he performs. Does anyone know if this is legal?

I would like to make my own CD of Bealtes and other artist's songs to sell at various venues, I.E.; Open Mic Night - Showcases, etc. I plan to donate some of the money I earn from CD to a nonprofit organzation. How do I get copyright priviledge to do so?
