Workouts/Exercises for 15 year old girl?
I'm 15 years old, turning 16 in 2 months. I'm 5'3 and only 90-ish pounds.
I want to gain weight in a healthy way and tone my legs and butt. My legs are really skinny and I want to tone and thicken them up. I would also like to tone my butt.
What are some good workouts or exercises I can do tone and thicken up? What are some good foods I should be eating? And are protein shakes a good idea?
I have gym equipment at home, I just need help on figuring out what I should be doing to get the results I want.
Any other tips or advice you may have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance! :)

Squats are great for legs, butt & all around. You don't say what type of gym equipment you have but use it all. Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, leg lifts all can be done without any equipment. I don't think you have to take protein shakes, just eat right. The "paleo diet" is getting good reviews lately because it's about eating healthy generally. It's basically cutting out processed foods, carbs/sugars and increasing protein in your diet. You don't need to buy any diet plan or anything.

You should see your doctor to get a diet/program that's tailored to you.

The obvious answer is to search on the net for exercises that relate to those specific areas. Protein shakes are a great source, however don't always taste great, I would recommend things like eggs, fresh fish, etc if you really want something that tastes great and still gives you the same amount of protein, there are a lot of sites for specific body areas all over the web, just type into a search engine exactly what you are looking to do, hope this helps :)

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular “fad” diets out there. The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it’s just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it’s a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
