looking for quote about murder?

a quote which goes something like:

"everyone enjoys a good murder, as long as it's not happening to them"

i thought it was by hitchcock, but haven't been able to find the full quote anywhere.

    "I think everyone enjoys a nice murder, provided he is not the victim"

    This comes from the opening narration of "Alfred Hitchcock Presents: The Perfect Murder" first aired in 1956
