How do i downgrade adobe flash?

this new version 11.3 or something has compatability issues with windows 7 for some reason. they are trying to fix the bug but in the meantime how can i go back to the previous version which was compatible

    If you have a problem with your Flash Player or it becomes unstable, try cleaning your Flash Player installation first:

    Note that there are two kinds of Flash Players. One is for Internet Explorer and the other is for non-IE. Use the 64-bit installer if you have a 64-bit operating system (press WinLogo+Pause keys to find out) so that both 64 and 32-bit versions will be installed.
