Grip Tail

i was cleaning out a old storage room. i found these little insects or bugs or something. they are about as long as my fingernail maybe a little longer. they have a few tiny hairs sticking out of their body. as for their body they have alternating colors on the sections of their body. kind of like black then a dull orange or brown, Their underbelly is white. They kinda look like rolly pollies but skinnier and their tail is a bit more pointier. i think the dead on im looking at has 2 little spikes on it. (forked looking like a snakes tongue. it looks like it has 6 legs underneath as main legs. possibly little tinyones more i cant tell. its like a rolly polly combined with a centipede combined with a tiny armadillo lol. any help appreciated cause i think theres a few of them

i saw smaller ones that were kinda pinkish and just slithered. i dont think they can climb, well the little babies can cause they kinda look like maggots. but pinkish

ive come across a way that people use to find CP so what are my options to get these shut down? does it matter the country they in or do i just tell anyone and hope it gets shut down?

the olympics kinda got me into ping pong a bit (i find the serves hilarious and enjoy it) and i watched this korean movie about the 1991 unified korean ping pong team. It reminded me a lot of Remember the Titans where the north and south had to come together. However this was a bit more comical than remember the titans. I was wondering if anyone knew of any movies like As one ( or even remember the titans if you need a more familar reference) im hoping possibly a asian movie. and at least a awesome girl or 2 wouldn't hurt. this new version 11.3 or something has compatability issues with windows 7 for some reason. they are trying to fix the bug but in the meantime how can i go back to the previous version which was compatible

Battery is dead on computer so have to keep it plugged in. a lot of times ill be moving around and it will accidently unplug. what kind of problems does this cause.

Ive defragged the computer and disk clean up and stuff because the computer has gotten so slow.

Also does pressing the power button til it shuts off or closing the laptop lid count as properly shutting off the computer? These are the way i usuallly do it when the cord doesnt come out but i do use the start up menu shut off version too,

or do you think slowness maybe more to blame?

also if there is anything you can recommend to get my computer more fast i would love you til forever. thanks

i have a lot of wants and i think its time i start doing them. If i wanted to learn to drive a helicopter or something how many lessons could about a 100 dollars get me. i opened up task manager and showed all processes (44 processes are open) it wasn't that many when i first got computer. I'm assuming the processes are from programs ive installed or viruses. But I want to know how many svchost.exe should be open? I have

5 svchost.exe under the user name LOCAL SERVICE

2 svchost.exe under the user name NETWORK SERVICE

5 svchost.exe under the user name SYSTEM

i also noticed in my Firefox (i think adobe flash) there are 2 plugin-container.exe where there only used to be one

how many of these do you have open on your computers? could some be my computer while others virus? I just don't think having 44 processes is normal (note it is for all users even though im the only user)

how can i get them back? im assuming cause the amount of files i sent exceed the maximum amount of space allowed in the recycle bin they got deleted automatically. But any way to retrieve?

i ran a avast scan on my computer it found one threat and i moved to chest but i also got another results and it said

ok i open up windows task manager and find i have about 11 processes showing up in the processes tab. but then i go to the performance tab and look where it says processes and it says there are 37 processes running? how can i determine which are good and which are not? and how can i stop them from running if they are hidden from the processes tab? cause my computer is so slow
