Did the olympics finally prove why Carmelo is a failure?

we finally learned why carmelo always fails. he's a role player. he should be a bench player who gives instant offense. he doesn't deserve to be the face of a franchise. he should always being playing second fiddle to someone else. He's a fake franchise player and should be kicked out of the nba to go play streetball and make streetball money.

Am i right? you know i am.

Update:

yeah he broke some records against NIGERIA so freaking what? that aint nothing even then he camped out shooting 3s (in case you dont know the 3 point international line is closer than the nba,

he's a bad franchise player is what im saying. he doesn't deserve to be the face of anything. all the money and all star stuff. that is stuff he was chosen for by old white people. thats not earning anything thats what his agent and his stats did. Doesn't mean he plays to win.

and one final note. HE DID NOT CARRY DENVER to the WCF Chauncey Billups did

I agree with 100% except the fact he should play street ball that's just mean. But other then that I think Melo is overrated and puts up a front like he's to good for NewYork and I honestly liked him when he was with Denver, i thought he was a better player their but now he's just here,I dont see whats good in him no more

he was a bench player because Kevin Durant is simply better then him, your forgetting that carmelo broke a few records in one single game , most 3 pointers and points in 1 single game of the olympics.

just because he came out of the bench doesnt mean hes a failure, so your saying deron williams , westbrook, and kevin love are failures??

Did you watch him Break the Olympic record for most points in a game...? Other than Durant, he's the best scorer in the world right now. He Played great in the olympics, what were you watching?

Nope, not really, I don't know what is your definition of failure. I agree with you that he can't really carry a team like before when he carried the Nuggets in the WCF, but he's not a failure if he's one of the best scorers in the game.

Hes worth 100 million Dollars and 2 + billion people know his life story.

    I wouldn't exactly call that a failure.

He deserves to be a starter, and an all star.

Face of the franchise? Idk, he was in Denver, but idk about NY after this season.
