Instead of asking "What is the truth", shouldn't the question be "WHO is the truth" ?

As in a person not an object.

No.....because truth is not a who, but a what . Truth is a fact.

Jesus either was the son of GOD or he wasn't, but scholars do not doubt he lived was a real person,

The debate is over who he actually was.........but truth is still a matter of what?

an above intelligent rabbi with sleight of hand skills , or a Virgin born son of God with miraculous powers?

    WHAT is the truth....

    not "who" is the truth,

Who is the truth doesn't make any sense. So, basically, one person is the truth and everyone else is a lie? Who IS the truth then? Ewan McGregor, Tony Blair, Barack Obama, me?

I really don't know what you're getting at. If you're referring to a supernatural nonexistent being known as 'god', 'he' isn't real.

I can never get truth from facts. Truth is spiritual, thus it

emanates from the One who IS the truth.

And the truth makes you free. Facts cannot do this.

Truth is the person Jesus Christ. Pilate didn't ask, "What is the truth," he asked "What is truth." Jesus' silence to him answered his question. Truth was staring in the face of Pilate and he couldn't even grasp it.

No, that does not make any sense as a question.

I take it that English is not your first language or you would have realised that.
