Do you ever feel overwhelmed?

I like to work as hard as anyone but sometimes trying to keep up everything, the house, the job,etc..makes me want to scream for mercy. Not always, but sometimes. How do you relax and do you ever feel like that?

    yeah all the time. i think because of my anxiety disorder.

    No. That's in my wife's job description. I eat pistachios and watch TV.
