MLB should ban SF fans from voting players into the allstar game!?

Everyone knows that David Wright is more deserving and should start at third-base in the all-star game. I definitley think he got robbed the starting posistion. I don't think a ban should be done against SF fans though. I just think NY fans just let David Wright down.

I don't understand how the city of san francisco, which is only a small 45 square miles surrounded by a peninsula (3 bodies of water around encompassing the area) can outvote people in new york. Queens is something like 175 square miles. Isn't there more people and more Met fans compare the Giants fans? Why didn't NY Met fans out vote Sandoval in favor of David Wright? Kudos to Giants fans for supporting their players. I'm just glad David Wright will be on the roster at least as a reserve.

As for Buster Posey winning over Ruiz and Molina.... it doesn't bother me that much since Posey is a great defensive catcher, good hitter and master at pitch calling. Matt Cain credited his perfect game no hitter to Buster pitch calling. Melky Cabrera does deserve to start the all start game as he leads the majors in hits, multi-hit games, 3rd in batting avg and ranked 8th in runs scored.

I'm a Giants fan and personally I don't think fans should vote,but Cabrera deserves it more than Braun does,he has good stats and has the most hits in baseball.Posey deserves to be a starter too

I'll say this much: even if Sandovol, Posey, and Cabrera are not the first choices to start at their positions, at least they are players worth of an All-Star appearance. And Cabrera does have the highest batting average of any outfielder in baseball.

I suggest players and past players should vote for the all stars. After all they know far more than we do right?

They should change the whole voting system,don't ban anyone though

@^ Writers , Journalists are just as bad. A lot of them are still fans and purposely spite players(see Martinez 1999 MVP voting).

I think All-Star ballots should adopt the movie ratings formula. Movie rating sites take ratings from "expert critics" and fans, combine for a score.
