Gaya, a great place to have born in.

The problem in ur house is because of MARS in wrong place. If ur mother is alive please take care of her too. You seriously have issues with ur property and also ur mother. Mars in the fifth house makes you a Manglik
Hence at the time of marriage, your spouse should also have a Manglik Dosha, or else the marriage shall not be satisfying.
But 90% of Indians have Dosha esp. Manglik. so do not worry too much about it.
After age of 32 u will earn more.
Since u said u did not do Grahapravesa, I would strongly recommend u to do the same along with Sudarsana Homa (if possible). The ultimate logic in doing them is that Veda are recitated and hence evil spirit (if any) may be wipped off.
After doing Sudarsana Homa, every problem should vanish. Have faith in him and become his devotee.
No harm in doing 2 times prayer a day, keep doing the same.
