How to improve weapons on skyrim?
I want to improve my bow and sword. I got the ingots needed and it improved it some. I want to do it more but now it says that I don't have the skill level required? My smithing is level 100 and I have every perk. Why is it saying this? Help!!

There is a great way to do this only it is a bit time consuming. Get your enchanting up as high as it can go, create a really cheap full suit that is enchanted with smithing as much as you can, wear that suit to create your new weapons or improve the ones you have. OR, if you want to be hardcore, create a complete suit that has as much enchanting AND alchemy as possible. Then use that suit to create a more powerful enchanting potion. THEN, while wearing the suit drink the potion and enchant yourself an even MORE powerful smithing/alchemy suit. Repeat as much as you want until you have a ridiculous suit that allows you to smith/enchant like a champ. I got a Daedric sword up to 1200 damage points via this method, took a while, but now the damn thing is so powerful it almost makes the game boring. Good luck!

You've improved it as much as you can for now. To improve it more, equip items with smithing enchantments and drink blacksmith potions.
