Still having issues with playing videos and youtube. Skipping, cracking and dragging, Please can you HELP?!?!?

    Some questions first:

    How old is your computer? The older and slower the computer the harder it will be to play youtube. You should also check the lower right corner of the youtube window and ensure you are looking at a lower resolution version of the video. If you have an older computer you can't expect to watch it in HD.

    How fast is your internet connection? If you are on Cable modem and are getting good speeds then Youtube should play fine. If you are on dial-up or satellite, then who knows.

    What browser are you using and have you updated your computer? If you are using an older browser (the program that lets you see the web) you may have issues when Youtube updates its system. Make sure you have Internet Explorer 9, or the latest Chrome or Firefox. You should also make sure your computer has the latest system updates.

    And finally you should make sure you have no malware or viruses on your system.
