To start off, use a medium sized curling iron, wrap 1 inch pieces under the clamp and hold for 5-10 seconds, when you're finished flip your head upside down and run your fingers through it then flip it back and tease it ( if you dont have much experience with teasing then there is plenty of videos on youtube just type in 'teasing tutorial') Then spritze with hairspray and your done!

those curls look really loose..id try a curling wand but a big barrel!
