How do I setup my amp?
600 watt XPA4640 dual amp and a 1200 Watt 12" Sony Xplod. I have it on channel 4, AC cords on 3 and 4 and speaker wires on 3 and 4. Is this right, what setting am I suppose to put it on?
Oh is that what DIDN'T COME WITH MY AMP... moron.

Firstly, verify that the amp is bridgeable, and bear in mind that doing so will halve the resistance (usually from 4 to 2 ohm) which changes output power and can screw the sub.
Speaker wires from the sub to amp, of which there are two - negative to Left neg, positive to Right pos.
Run speaker cable/RCA from the HU to the amp input (there should only be one + and one -).
Remote cable from amp to the aerial on the HU or alternative ignition source.
Power from amp to battery (remember to use in line fuse)
Ground to nearest bare metal solid point.
