How much weight can I possibly lose in 26 days?
I am 13 yrs old, 5'4 and 150 pounds. I am embarrassed because school starts in 26 days!! And I need to lose like 20 pounds in all. I know I can't lose that much in a month but I'd like to try maybe 10 pounds. How would I do that? And would I look any different? I gain weight mostly on my thighs and hips . Please help!!! Thanks.
Oh and btw I'm not starving myself

i HIGHLY recommend the 17 day diet! I weighed 175 at age 14 and lost 12 pounds in the first 17 days. A normal day looks something like this
Breakfast - 3/4 cup egg whites, salsa on top
Snack - Fruit
Lunch - Large chicken salad
Snack - Greek plain yogurt with sugar free jam
Dinner - Any lean meat (Chicken, turkey, salmon, etc) & vegtables
Vegtables are UNLIMITED in this diet so you can snack on any throughout the day, also no fruit past 2pm. Really look into buying this book or looking for meal plans online, 17 days to commit and lose TONS of weight is so motivating to stay on a diet! Sometimes just watching calories on your own can be difficult & result in no weight loss, which is hard to stick to! Good luck on your diet & exercise, I hope you look into following this plan. :)

You can lose weight in 26 days well u should jog in the but eat a light breakfast(like a toast and a cup of tea)then eat mostly fruits and vegetables drink plenty of water to flush out the fat and before bed exercise until your ready for bed try that ok
