You have a great processor and video card. However, as far as the video card, I would suggest an upgrade to the gtx 570. It's a better video card and not too much more expensive on newegg.com.
Also, you're killing yourself with that 1600x900 monitor. Is there any way to upgrade that to 1920x1080? Most PC games support and excel at higher resolutions.

Unless you are trans-coding videos - the i7 wont give you much. Look at the i5-2500K and save some money.
Or go with the Ivy Bridge version of the i5-2500K (but you cannot over-clock the Ivy Bridge chip).
Short of that - it looks like a great system.

Looks like a good gaming computer. Should run most games nicely on medium to high settings. So its a good gaming computer

Looks really good. I think you should bump up the wattage on your PSU because that GPU and CPU will draw a lot of power.
