These are what I found on google, anybody have any other suggestions. I do 3-4 hours of yard work and sweat a lot and want something to drink afterwards.

Gatorade is always great, but accelerade is better, more for hardcore athletes it's all Gatorade and better, should work for you. You can get it at the vitamin shop.

Its called, Aquaride.... What is is is water with a lot of Chlorine in it :D. Very good for this.
