Are we stupid for buying UFC ppvs?

Its not like if someone got screwed like in Boxing. Silva just happened to be the better fighter again. We can't all just say that we want a UFC match to last the full 3 or 5 rounds.. MMA is real. There was a possibility that this fight was going to end fast.

I am quite certian that alot of the trash talk leading up to the fight from Chael and even Silva was encouraged by the people running UFC. I mean look at how much hype that generated for this PPV.. I never watched a UFC fight until this one.. and ended up quite disappointed.. great first round.. Sonnen just flat out quit on his feet and dropped a second time in the second round.. so sad.

Where did you hear that? Silva only "respected" Sonnen after the fight. Sonnen had to shake hands cause hes a MMA fighter. Sonnen hates Silva and I doubt he'll go to his BBQ after.

No. By legally purchasing the fight your making the UFC better because you supporting the organization by giving them money. They are providing a service in the form of entertainment for the purposes of making a profit. A lot of money goes into making this stuff...if your a true patron then you did the right thing because ideally the more money you give them the more likely they are to produce. Every time someone steals a PPV or pirates a DVD it may be entertaining for the viewer, but they are not supporting the entertainment...they are stealing it for free. It irks me.

Actually its more about the partying with friends to watch the fights... but yeah everyone wanted a 5 round match where both are exhausted like the first fight. Thats why it wil never beat the NFL, you know you have 3 hours of football :)

LOL I've never bought a UFC PPV why buy it when you can watch it free online through a stream I saw it tonight and the stream was great, clear and perfect.

I wouldnt pay any money for a pay-per-view i would rather go to a bar or friends house and drink an ice cold beer and waste money like that and watch the fight
