They would play on Wednesday. It happened before (in 1969?). The game was at RFK Stadium in Washington DC. It rained so hard that the dugouts filled with water.

They would play it Wednesday But knowing Baseball they will wait out the rain till about Midnight Tuesday.

They really don't have a contingency plan if that happens. They would apparently deal with it if and when it comes up.
