If a car hits you on a green light are you guilty?????? ?
I was making a left on the green light i had my signal light on and everything..then this van decided to turn in as the same time as i was driving in to make the turn...and he didnt turn on his signal lights till he was about to turn the back part by the right side of the wheel and door are dented after that the guy pulled on my side and just asked me if i was alright and left ...so am i guilty?????

No, he would be at fault not you, you proceeded the lawful way, he was driving recklessly.

he is guilty...but im not sure if its ur car or his that got hurt,but u should tell ur insurance so they can help u fix it...i got rear ended,pushed into another car then the ***** asked me if im ok and then she left....my car is totaled and no one can find her...idk wut imma do,but i hope ur car and u r ok....
