Clarinet Fingering???????????????

Ok, i dont know what is going on but..... When ever i switch from high d to low g, i always get a high d.

i completely removed my thumb off the register key and onto my thumb key but i still get a high d! could you guys please tell me why this is happening?

sorry, i forgot to add something. it is a slur from high d to low g

    This happens when switching from a higher note to a lower note. I would suggest taking a quick breath in between or tonguing the reed harder. Hope this helps.
