I am a teen and look to tighen my upper body?

5'8" 140lbs

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch:Hamburger Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Tea

Dinner: Eggs, Bacon, Toast

    1st eating nothing for breakfast is a bad thing cause it eat more through the day 2nd your eating breakfast food for dinner 3rd keep playing basketball
