Hey there.
I know it's hard to gain weight. I recovered from anorexia YEARS ago. In order for you to fully get better, you must stay commited to following the doctor's orders to gain more weight. It's not the end of the world, believe me. A few more pounds will not only push you in the right direction to get healthier, but it will also put you in control of your eating disorder so you can live a good, long life.
Best of luck! ;-)

You can tell her you have been unsuccessful in gaining weight and that maybe your body wants to maintain for a bit. The weight you're at now isn't ideal for your height. I hope you're still in treatment? I think you should tell on your ed and come clean about not wanting to gain anymore and find out why that is.

wake up. if you dietician says it it has to be done. he knows whats hes doing. in order stay healthy you need to have enough weight. not enough means you will have black under eyes, and are exposable to various deseases. keep eating until youre the right weight. from then on eat from a medium dinner plate chewing slowly. make sure to stay hydrated.

At 5'3" the average is about 115.. I don't know tell her how you feel but if she disagrees suck it up because SHE'S the expert.
