What do you wish you would have done financially years ago?

I have thought a lot about things I could have done in the past that would have effected how much money I have today. What are some things you wish you would have done that would have drastically changed where you stand financially?

    Not bought a house in 2005.

    Started a budget before I moved out of my parents house. And saved up for the move. I'm going way back, but things would have been quite different if I'd started life on my own with financial forethought instead of learning through mistakes.
