Who would win a fight between Pikachu and Spiderman?

I don't care how quick his reflexes are, Spidey will have a tough time dodging electricity. But I think it would end in a stalemate because Spiderman can never die, since he's a comic book character. Pikachu can never die because Pokemon don't die, they only faint.

Hmmm, pretty even. Bug and electric don't have any type effectiveness against each other. So I'd probably say Spiderman, since he could just trap Pikachu in his web. Although, to be fair, Pikachu could paralyze him.
