How to help armpit pain?
I woke up with a pain in my right underarm about three days ago. I don't want to say it's an aching muscle type pain, but that's the best way to describe it. I originally believed it would fix itself but after three days it's only gotten worse. Are there any easy methods to help or resolve the problem?
I've looked continuously in the mirror and there are no visible lumps.

Yes, you should check that with a doctor, specially if it got worse over the days. It is important to know if it is an actual muscle pain or not, as if it is there are some gels and creams that can help you. But, again, the doctor will let you know.
