Drop the i7 its just over kill for gaming go with a i5

saves you about $45 and will give you around the same performance and allow for further upgrades down the line
and to answer your question that will run game pretty darn well,

Almost certainly max.
You could make it even better by getting a better motherboard, and/or graphics card.
CPU is powerful enough to handle max.
