No, there is no set time you need to be in Florida Championship Wrestling. You need to work hard on your wrestling, continue to learn new wrestling holds, continue to learn new wrestlign moves, continue to build and add substance to your "Wrestling Character" and impress both The Florida Championship Wrestling Trainers and WWE Personnel who come to Florida from Stamford, Connecticut. If WWE moves you from The Wrestling School to The Florida Championship Wrestling Roster then you do get paid enough to live in The Tampa Florida Area and work for FCW.

No there is no certain time.You just work your butt off and try to impress the WWE officials(who sits on the right side of the entrance).If they see that your ready for the main roster then you can leave.But you may still wrestle there the first few months of being on the main roster.
