Pregnant or not help?

Question

My last period was 3rd may - 11th may so I'm 69 days late

Had spotting 2 days ago and then heavy bleeding last night which had gone today

Also have a pulling sensation in my upper abdomen

Pregnancy test invalid then negative today

Can someone with experience please help?

Feel very gassy also and sometimes little bit nauseous but no nausea don't drink much gassy drinks etc my periods usually come around 35 days maximum ever had is 42 days cycle

Well got the constipation, gone off certain foods, definitely more tired than usual got few upper abdominal pain and sometimes right side and mood is very high

I'd suggest retesting maybe in a few days to a week or so and see if you get a different result, or keep trying your dr for an appointment. If your drs is anything like ours it can take days to get an appointment.
Ignore the first answer you got... seriously if they haven't got anything decent or helpful to say why do they take the time to write something nasty!!

You need to go to the doctor, get the next available appointment.  They may not have availability today, but they will eventually. You need to find out as soon as possible for the health and safety of the baby.

Go to the doctor and get an ultrasound done or to the health department and get a blood pregnancy test done. I spotted old blood for 3 weeks my blood and urine test were negative at that time, wasn't until I was 7.5 weeks along that a urine test said I was pregnant. You just might be pregnant...Ignore rude comments.
