Is there an mmo system game like?

Have a look at Champions Online. It is F2P and has great character customization - including the option to make "humanoid animals". I don't know how the customization is restricted for free players but there is a buttload of options in the game. Just keep in mind that PvP is not the games strong point but there are enough PvP players around to get quickly in matches and equally enough who like to duel every once in a while (just don't spam the duel request please). It has a martial arts based powerset but a free player you are restricted to archetypes (read: classes) and I don't know if a MA based is free or if you would have to buy it (subscribers have access to the freeform system where you can mix and match from any powerset).
