who voted against ranger?

i know 25 out of the 30 voted against rangers into division 1 but who was the one team that voted against them getting into the SLF all together

    It wasn't rangers it was Seveco they voted against

    All SPL teams except Kilmarnock voted against them

    I'm pretty sure the one vote wasn't a vote against, it was Dundee who were told to abstain because of a conflict of interest because they are in line for the vacant SPL spot.
