What would you do if you found out someone you love...?
What would you do if you found out through a 3rd party, that someone you love with all your heart, did something horrific years ago, when they were in their teens? I told him 'I got a weird message' and told him what it was. He said the person in question was a weirdo, but never denied the accusation. Now...I don't know how to feel.
It kind of depends on what 'teen' age he was when this happened, as to how horrific this was. It's terrible no matter what, but 13 would be far more forgivable than 17. I love this man. We've been married for 5 years, and we have a beautiful child. I feel like I've been kicked in the gut. It happened 35 years ago and I don't know if I even know him, now.

It would depend on what the "horrific" thing was. Some things are unforgivable while others can be forgiven. Have him tell you his side of the story first. Then deal with the emotions. You need to remember that there are always at least three sides to a story, his truth, the other persons truth and then the real truth.
