Pc permissions changing....?

I've been changing permissions in my computer for a while since I discovered that trustedinstaller was apparently above the only account on the pc. Anyways, I can't access mspaint since trusted installer owned it, I changed permissions to admin and then to me personally, and it doesn't work, any advice?

    Howdy FMZ!

In the beginning, there were permissions. Then, I changed them.

    Oops!

I have discovered over many years of ticking away with operating systems that changing file permissions will cause nothing but problems (heed the "Voice of Experience").

I know that doesn't help you, so here is something that I hope will:

It is a little utility that I have used in the past with great success.

    I hope this helps you,
