Seal on a 2003 Mustang?
The seal on the rear end where the drive shaft is connected is leaking. Do I have to pull everything out(axles and pinion shaft)? How hard is it to remove the pinion

I think all you would need to do is drop the driveshaft and remove that nut that holds the plate that the driveshaft is bolted to. You will probably need a puller of some type to get that plate off. Get a seal removal tool and take out the old seal and with a seal installtion tool, put the new seal in. You can borrow both tools at most parts stores.
