they're innate to all people. They have been demanded via the anti-Federalist farmers and tradesmen because of the fact they feared the Federalist bankers and retailers does no longer understand them. The latter appeared to prefer to dominate the states and the individuals. that's why they subsidized the then-new 2nd shape (right now's) giving the federal government they might administration greater easy than a variety of of states new and larger powers than it had below the 1st shape. The Federalists initially controlling congress shown that as quickly as they surpassed the Alien and Sedition acts, which blatantly violated the bill of Rights, some years later. The anti-Federalist-stimulated Democratic-Republican occasion below Jefferson right now repealed those while they took administration in 1800.

YOU have clearly not read them, else you would not make such an absurd claim as to suggest one cannot vote for a "Democrat or a Republican unless you do not agree" with them!
Those documents GIVE EVERY AMERICAN VOTER THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT to freely vote for whoever they choose, numb-nuts!

Because to liberals.. It's not the "pursuit" of happiness..
Rather it's the "Guaranteed acquisition of happiness"
to liberals, it's not "promote" the general welfare..
Rather it's "provide" welfare
At least the GOP is closer to those documents in their intent than any democrat
