I'm looking for a good, free app for the iphone where you can track what you eat and how much exercise you get. One where you can record how much time you spend exercising and how much you eat, or something similar to that. Thanks!

I use MyFitnessPal. It also has a website that you can use to track your food and exercise. It has you enter your current weight, height, gender, and typical activity level not including workouts. It then has you enter how much you want to lose per week. The program then tells you how many calories you should take in and will adjust this based on your exercise.
