pleco help ...........?

i want a common plecostomus in my pondis it safe to put it with koi, arowana and iridescent sharks

    If your pond is big enough and warm enough for a tropical common pleco, then it is safe to put the pleco in that tank. How did you manage to keep kois and arowana together? Are you living in a tropical country? Anyways, if your arowana kois and iridescent sharks are bigger than 6 inches or more, I would make sure that your pleco is at least 5 inches long. The pleco have to be big enough for the arowana to loose interest in it as a source of food.

    As long as there is a food source for your pleco and the pond's temperature doesnt go below 68, preferably 70, it should be fine! Oh and keep in mind- plecos can get 2ft so make sure you have the room!
