"I love you" phrase is still not said to me but ...?
He says to me "I love talking to you always and every day" "you are the best part of my day" "You make me happy every time we talk" "I m never bored with you" "I m concerned about you." "You are lovely" ..etc.
Do these sentences he says show his love to me? if so why doesnt he say to me openly "I love you" ... or he is not in love at all and being just a friend to me?
We are best friends since more than two years till then.

Ah, agent 007.... you are wise to seek guidance. But patience my sweet... It is difficult for men to say those three little words. How will you know for sure? By the passing of time.
Give it time sweetie, and do not ask him anything about it (that ruins it for the man; because he wants it to be special for you...)

What I would do is not over analyze this and take it day by day because honestly, WE DON'T KNOW and it could mean anything and it will just drive you crazy thinking of that...
