Thinking of going to Las Vegas?

Thinking of going to Vegas sometime between November and March of 2012/2013 Just wondering if it will be busy and what the weather will be like? Mainly the poker tables, and does any part of Vegas shut down during these months? What about clubs, and are there any pool parties or similar events?

Winter is definitely a slower period for Vegas, except for New Years Eve, the Consumers Electronic Show convention and Super Bowl weekend. So you should be able to find good deals on rooms. The nightclubs and poker rooms will all be open as normal.

Pools, however, are another matter. Most hotels close them from November to April. Some are still open, so make sure you check with the hotel first before booking so you're not disappointed. Even the ones that are open will have very limited hours. I don't believe any are open past 6 pm in the winter.

Vegas is always busy but that is what makes it fun, there is always something going on.

Pool parties open in March and usually close in late September. The weather during November - March is great usually about 60-70 for a high.

As far as nightclubs, Vegas is the nightlife capital of the world. The clubs have celebrity guest appearances just about every weekend, so the clubs are always happening.

Go to Nitetours.com, it is a company that will take you to three of the hottest nightclubs on the Vegas strip, where you receive VIP hosted entry, a VIP host for the evening and you are chauffeured between nightclubs in a limo party bus. It is the best Vegas experience you can have. They have a video on this site so you can get a better idea of what it is like. They also have a lot of information on Vegas nightclubs. If you decide to go, use promo code CAPROMO10 for $10 off.

    Good luck!

The least crowded time to go is right after the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo is over, which is Dec. 16 this year.

Christmas, New Years, and the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January are the three busiest times of the year. It's so crowded that it's not fun. I went there one year on Christmas eve. I'll never do that again.

The difference is like 20 people on the buffet line vs. 500 people on the buffet line. But a lot of the shows will be "dark" (closed) that slow week before Christmas.

There's no way to predict the weather this far ahead of time. Winter is cold at night (sometimes below freezing but usually in the 40s) and pleasant during the day , in the 60s. They did have a snowstorm in mid December 2008 and I've run into downpours and nasty sandblaster winds in February and March.

The casino's, clubs, etc are always busy. Expect people to be everywhere down on the strip where you'll be wanting to go. It doesn't shut down at all, Vegas is busy all year 'round. Weather in November and March is kind of unpredictable, but expect it to be mostly pretty cool in November and in March you'll get some days that are cool, some days that are warm.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are a little slower than other times. January and February are busy convention months and have higher prices. Do a search on Las Vegas Conventions to determine the dates.

I have always found that March is a great month to go for the weather and fewer conventions.

    Have fun!

Thats a good time to go its not to hot. The pools should be "open" but it may be to cold to swim. As far as parties they usually have a ton of things going on for the spring breakers.

i know what you recommend I used to stay in Henderson. human beings have a demanding time believing that we do primary issues like bypass to the food market and stuff like that. they supply the effect of being to think of we eat on the three.ninety 9 buffet each and all of the time. Or that we don't artwork primary jobs.
