I need fast weight loss!?
I am going to the beach in 2 weeks and i need a flat stomach and thin thighs! I have trouble losing weight so i need something that WORKS FOR SURE!!!!!!!!! Please only help if you know for sure that it works!

Do cardio (running, walking, swimming, cycling, jogging, aerobics, any sport) everyday to loose weight. Make sure to workout at moderate intensity. Avoid sugars especially sodas and desserts. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Drink lots of water. Get enough sleep because one tends to overeat with less sleep. Hope I helped!

My mom did a quick, only-to-look-good-for-the-reunion diet of nothing but broth and cabbage for 2 weeks straight to quickly and temporarily lose 8 lbs. I'm not sure where the weight would be lost on your body, but you can't get a perfect body with eating healthy and exercise in 2 weeks. This won't make you perfect either.

Hydroxicut really works. A few years ago I took hydroxicut for 3 months and lost 50 pounds. But you will have to work out everyday.
