Anybody know this song?

Question

I've not got a lot of detail to go on... but I'll give it a shot.

I was driving home last night and I heard a song on the radio which immediately infected my brain with it's catchiness, whether or not it's a good song is subjective (so let's steer clear of that line of enquiry!)

Anyway, I noted how it sounds a little like Jessie J's Domino.. and I'm damn sure, it was either Kesha or a Kesha rip off, from the way she sounded. And all I can recall is that it had the lyric "Cheerio!" in it. Which is said at the end of a verse/chorus in a faux British accent.

Can anybody help me with what song this is?
