Anything to counteract the heat of too much black pepper?

    Either put natural yogurt into whatever you were cooking or make a salsa for the side to cool down your mouth, grated cucumber, natural yogurt and lime juice !

    Milk,but black pepper is not really hot ,a little spicy maybe .
