who bite Victoria on Teen Wolf. It was not Derek.?
I watched the episode again. When she attacks him, he does not change into the wolf. He does not bite her so the question is who or what did bite her and will he get blamed for it.

He doesn't have to psychically change into a werewolf to bite people and turn them into werewolves. As long as he has his werewolf teeth, he can bite anyone. While he was fighting Victoria whenever he was trying to save Scott, he managed to bite her. We didn't actually get to see him bite her, but whenever it showed the scene where she was in Chris Argents arms, it was proved that she was bitten by him. That's why she ran away while fighting Derek.

You do not need to PHYSICALLY change into a werewolf to bite someone, as long as you are still a werewolf then you can. Derek did bite her twice. I don't know if he'll get blamed for it, we have to wait until next Monday night

I'm pretty sure he bit her. On the wiki it says "he manages to bite her twice" so yeah
