As of today 2/9/15 Mine is still showing ";being Processed"; with no deposit date listed.Just wondering if there is a site problem or just my return (BTW I filed using EZTax.com)

I finally got the web site changed. I efiled 1/19, accepted 1/20, should have had a DD of 1/30 (2/3 at the latest) then on 2/4 the WMR site changed to processing.... refer code 1301 where it stayed for 4 wks, then last Thursday it changed back to we have received your return and it is being processed, should receive by 3/17. It just changed again this morning to your refund has been processed and you should receive your deposit on 3/13 (3/18 at latest) so I am hoping I will actually get it this time. To all those w/refer code 1301 good luck and I hope this may give you a little hope.

We have received your tax return and it is being processed. Unless we find mistakes or you owe other taxes, you should receive your refund by March 17.

So my question is this, has anyone in the same boat gotten an update after the 1301 nightmare actually gotten the refund. I am happy to have an actual date again but I am afriad to get my hopes up. Interesting point of fact, I never got a ltr or anything stating there was a mistake or error on my return. Anyone who can update me and possiibly give me a little hope would be appreciated.

we have the choice of 1. rolling it over into the new plan; 2. rolling it over into some other type of 401K plan or 3. cashing it out. My question is this, if I cash it out (6500 total) then what would my penalty and taxes be. I file HOH w/2 dependents and make only $18,000 a yr. Does anyone know what the final figures would be.

P.S. I know I probably should not do this but I am in a great financial bind so I am not asking if I should do this, just what would it add up to if I do. Thanks to anyone who can answer.

ok, I have had the delay of 1301 for about 2 wks now, I couldn't find anything wrong w/my return, however after looking at it once again I found a mistake on what I typed in as my AEIC, I indicated that I received 1550 instead of 1530 (which is what I actually received. My question is this...

Will the IRS be able to fix this on their own or will I have to submit some type of corrected return. Hope someone knows the answer to this. I short changed myself $20 .

I have called the IRS several times and have been told differen things. I do know that the code is "delay in return process". The last rep told me (on 2/18) that my return "had been" in error resolution dept but now had a "supervisor suspend" notation on it. does anyone know what this means. I have filed the same way for many yrs, nothing new, I did not claim anything on the stimulas meaning I was not getting any more then I already got back, I have went over my return and can't find any mistakes. What could the "supervisor suspend mean".

actually gotten a depsoit in their acct even though the site still says 1301. Mine has not updated since 2/4 when it changed from DD by 2/3 to processing ... reference code 1301. I was told by IRS Supervisor that my return is now out of the error resolution dept and back in the process phase, look for it in a couple of wks, but the site has never changed from the 1301 code so I am still worried.

and been told that status shows supervisor suspend but CSR doesn't know what that could mean and told me to call back next week. FYI efiled 1/19 accepted 1/20.

My DD orignially was 1/30 then changed to 2/3 then changed to processing, reference code 1301. I can't get a straight answer from the IRS,

when U check WMR and phone sites actually gotten a DD as of 2/6/09 or is it just my bad luck.

ok, I was supposed to get my refund 1/30, never happened, called IRS and spoke w/CSR on 1/30, she & her supervisor went over my return and indciated that there was a glitch in the system and my refund would be delayed 1 wk, ok, so I should have received it on 2/6, well as of today, I have spoken to the IRS 3 different times now I have a code 1301, 1st rep didn't know what that meant. 2nd rep told me I had an error on my return (even though on 1/30 supervisor indicated my return was fine) 3rd rep told me it is absolutely a glitch in their system but they have 3 wks from the date my return was filed (1/20) to give me a DD date so if I don't have any date by 2/10 then call back. This is so crazy, why can't they just tell the truth.

My WMR page still says reference code 1301 and the CSR said I would not be getting my refund 2/6 as far as what she can see this a.m. I am wondering if anyone else with same code talked to an agent who indicated a DD of 2/6 is coming.
