Anyone remember Deep Purple?

I do and I was really saddened when I've first found out about Jon Lord's death, he is one of my favorite musicians and Deep Purple was one of my all time favorite bands

I've just bought Machinehead and Made From Japan. Tried to get Deep Purple In Rock but iTunes only had a partial album, sigh.

Oh, of course, I remember Deep Purple. It was one of my favorite bands many years ago. I didn't know about Jon Lord. It's hard to believe that he was 71 years old. Where does the time go?

Thank god someone on this website knows of a band I've actually heard of, and am a huge fan of.

My mom loves them. I grew up hearing them. Perhaps that's why I'm such a big metalhead now
